Granada Tourism

The city of Granada is full of magical stories where the Alhambra, the Generalife, the Albayzin, the flamenco, the Sacromonte are protagonists. Delve into our city and savor Granada, savor the art of its streets, savor its tapas, its flamenco; Let yourself wrap and enjoy the tourism in Granada, for the magic that hides our city. Here we propose a few monuments that will make your stay a great moment. If you need more tourist information we will be happy to help you.

In Jardines de Zoraya we propose several activities for sightseeing in Granada: Do you want to enjoy a real flamenco night? What can you do in Granada? Walk and tapas on the terraces of the Albaycín, visit the Alhambra, the Sacromonte,… Don’t miss a corner of the city.

As the city of Grenade is world-renowned for its most prestigious monument, the Alhambra, which attracts more than 2 million tourists every year and is therefore considered the first most visited monument in Spain.

  • What about those neighborhoods that are so distinctive and full of magic?
  • And of those personages of great feats, noble merchants, beautiful ladies who carry love legends of deceit, treachery and jealousy?
  • And those facades of renaissance palaces with beautiful decorative filigree motifs, these mudejar churches with coffered ceilings of insurmountable designs and colors?
  • Do they not carry an extraordinary legacy to our city?

Of course it is and we will be responsible for teaching and showing the essence of these neighborhoods.

The Albaycín Of Granada, is famous for being named World Heritage Site by the Unesco And it is well deserved this recognition not only for its characteristic network of streets, which we find paved, steep and some of them without exit and leading to Preciosísimos Cármenes Gardens, with patios and fountains that keep the strong Muslim tradition; But also for the history and ancient vestiges that are still preserved.

We are in front of a nucleus where the first human civilizations settled, first came the Phoenicians, later the Greeks, Carthaginians, Romans, Visigoths and Arabs until finally there was that invasion and conquest so notorious with the arrival of the New Christian settlers. All this great diversity of cultures endows this Albaycinero stronghold with a great historical-cultural richness that is evident today.

There are few words that I have devoted to this district of Granada because I think it is better an image than a thousand words. That’s why I encourage you to visit with us and to check first hand the magic and charm of our city, walking and sightseeing in Granada.
